The stone is heated by an electrical resistance placed inside it.

The electrical resistance has been devised on purpose with a specific characteristic: it never incandesces.

This peculiarity is very important as it doesn't burn the air oxygen, so that it contributes to keep the surrounding environment healthy and without "heavy" air at any time.

The air doesn't deionise.

The temperature stabilizes on these values and, as one can see, there is a homogeneous distribution of heat on the surface; this allows a perfect radiation and prevents stone breaking due to inner tensions that might occur if the heat wasn't distributed homogeneously all over the surface.

The temperature has not stabilized yet. At this power more time is needed to reach the maximum operating temperature of about 120°C, where it stabilizes giving a remarkable radiation.
